Welcome to Plantora! By downloading or using our app, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Account Terms

You must be at least 13 years old to use this service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You are responsible for all content posted and activity that occurs under your account.

2. Premium Subscription

• Subscriptions are billed via your Apple ID account.
• The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Plantora only for personal plant care purposes. You may not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

4. AI Disclaimer

Important: The AI-based plant identification and disease diagnosis features are for informational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee 100% correctness. The advice provided by the app is not a substitute for professional botanical or expert agricultural advice.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page.
